Tổ chức Cứu trợ Trẻ em đang kêu gọi các hồ sơ đề xuất dự án cho hợp phần “Thanh niên dân tộc thiểu số được nâng cao năng lực thông qua việc hỗ trợ và triển khai các sáng kiến khởi nghiệp và phát triển xã hội” thuộc Dự án “Sự tham gia: Nâng cao năng lực cho các đoàn thể, tổ chức xã hội và thanh niên dân tộc thiểu số tham gia tích cực vào việc khởi nghiệp, ra quyết định kinh tế - xã hội tại Yên Bái, Việt Nam” do Liên minh Châu Âu tài trợ, được triển khai tại 9 xã trên địa bàn huyện Trấn Yên, tỉnh Yên Bái, Việt Nam.

KOICA Forum to advocate the successful model – ELM and LB application

On October 24, Yen Bai Department of Education and Training with close support from Save the Children organized an advocacy forum as a part of the project “Enhancing school readiness and learning outcomes of ethnic minority children in Vietnam”, financially supported by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The purpose of the forum is to share experience and lessons learnt from the project, promote the best applications of the project’s approaches, and advocate for replicating these approaches in non-project schools in Yen Bai.

GG5 Project Closing Workshop

After two and a half years of implementation, the project “Skill to Succeed” organized the closing workshop highlighting key achievements and sharing key models that can be adapted into vocational training system in Vietnam. Implemented in three southern provinces: Can Tho, Dong Nai and Da Nang, the project is working to equip 10,000 migrant youth at vocational schools and those who are working at industrial zones and factories with essential employability skills.
