Save the Children provide a trainers training course for 15 teachers and officers from vocational schools to improve their training method for students.
At the four-day training, from 22 -25 September, participants learned how to prepare for their students to better apply for job and manage their independent life when they graduate. The training focused on how to approach companies for employment, socialization, job application and interview skills.

Save the Children, together with UNICEF, World Bank and other international development agencies co-hosted a forum to discuss how to improve the quality of early childhood education (ECE) and to make policy recommendation to promote quality early childhood education in Vietnam.
More than 150 representatives from the Ministry of Education and Training, World Bank, UNICEF, UNESCO, Viet Nam Women’s Union, Plan Viet Nam, Save the Children, World Vision, VVOB and teachers from 30 provinces participated the forum.

Save the Children has provided two trainings on health and nutrition for 360 teachers and school managers from Ha Noi and Hai Phong in March.
The trainings focus on providing health and nutrition information, interactive teaching and learning methods and child focused approach in health and nutrition education for teachers and school managers of 24 primary and secondary schools in the two cities.

Save the Children launched a financial education project for students from Can Tho Province in Mekong River Delta last Friday.
The VND 200 million (US$10,000) project titled “Smart Start for Students” funded by City foundation aim to provide financial management and personal budget monitor skill for students so as to help them control financial risk and use financial services wisely in the future.
About 600 students from 10 universities and colleges in the city will be benefiting from the project which runs through July 2017.
